A Savior Who Feels What You Feel

July 27, 2025
Last week, we looked at what it means to trust God in the waiting. This week, we step deeper into John 11, where Jesus finally arrives in Bethany after Lazarus has been in the grave for four days. The grief is real, the questions are heavy, and in this passage we see not only the pain of Mary and Martha, but also the heart of Jesus and the hope He brings. In this message, you’ll discover that faith isn’t about having everything figured out, but about trusting the One who holds resurrection and life in His hands.

Key Points:
– Faith isn’t having it all figured out. It’s knowing who to trust when you don’t.
– When you bring the pain to Jesus, hope starts to rise again.
– Resurrection isn’t just something God does. It’s who Jesus is.
– Jesus weeps because our pain is personal to Him.
– Sometimes the silence of God sets the stage for the power of God.

Even in the moments when it feels like God has delayed, His timing is perfect and His heart is for you. The story of Lazarus reminds us that Jesus is near to the brokenhearted, present in our pain, and powerful enough to turn mourning into resurrection hope.
