Finding Peace in the Presence of Jesus

October 12, 2025
In a world filled with uncertainty, Jesus offers the one thing that never changes, His peace. In John 14, we see the disciples wrestling with confusion and fear after learning Jesus would soon leave them. But in the middle of their worry, He gives them words that still bring comfort today: “Let not your heart be troubled.” When life feels uncertain, His presence brings the peace your heart longs for.

Key Points:
– Peace isn’t the absence of trouble, it’s the presence of Jesus.
– Heaven is not an idea; it’s a prepared place for prepared people.
– Jesus is the bridge between a holy God and sinful man.
– Everything your heart is looking for is found in Jesus.
– Jesus is the visible image of the invisible God.
– The same power that raised Jesus from the dead now lives in every born-again believer.
– Prayer isn’t about convincing God to do our will—it’s about joining Him in His.

No matter how troubled your heart feels today, peace is found in one place — in the presence of Jesus. When you believe in Him, trust His Word, and walk in His power, you’ll discover that His peace is greater than any storm you face.
