After healing the lame man at the Beautiful Gate, Peter and John suddenly found themselves surrounded by a crowd looking for answers. But instead of accepting the attention, Peter immediately redirected every eye to Jesus Christ.

In this message from Acts 3:11–16, we see that the miracle was never about Peter or John—it was about the risen Savior. Peter refused to take credit for what only Christ could do and boldly proclaimed that the same Jesus whom Israel rejected, crucified, and God raised from the dead was the One who had made the man whole.

As believers, we are called to do the same. Every answered prayer, every transformed life, and every opportunity God gives us should point people away from us and toward Jesus. Our lives are not meant to display our greatness, but His.
